Policy Manual
Strategic Focus GoalsRather than a traditional strategic plan with a fixed end date, INSPRA has adopted strategic goals under a model for continuous improvement—a model designed to keep the organization focused yet responsive to the ever-changing educational landscape and the evolving needs of school PR professionals. This plan is centered on four key areas: Professional Development, Membership Engagement, Awards & Recognition, and Financial Responsibility. Each year, the board will identify specific, measurable objectives under each of these pillars to ensure we are making meaningful progress while staying adaptable. Professional Development 2025-26 OBJECTIVE: Enhance the Tips and Tactics series by developing a dynamic virtual experience that is easy to access, engaging to attend, and valuable to apply. Membership Engagement 2025-26 OBJECTIVE: Develop and implement comprehensive membership workflows that support the full lifecycle of INSPRA membership, from prospect to onboarding and renewal. Awards & Recognition 2025-26 OBJECTIVE: Use the website and social media as strategic tools to highlight the impact of school public relations and strengthen member engagement. Financial Responsibility 2025-26 OBJECTIVE: Diversify and expand INSPRA’s revenue base beyond membership dues to support innovation, reduce risk, and create long-term financial resilience. |
