New Professionals Mentoring Program

Welcome to INSPRA, the Illinois Chapter of the National School Public Relations Association. As a new member and someone who may be new to school communications, you are invited to participate in INSPRA’s New Professionals Mentoring Program. This program pairs "newbies" with veteran INSPRA members for one school year.

Mentors not only serve as a great resource and sounding board when you have questions or are facing challenges, but they also share their experiences and expertise. An added bonus is the relationship that develops and continues between you both well after the program ends.

To fully benefit from the relationship, both mentor and mentee commit to contacting each other at least once per month. After all, a successful mentoring relationship requires a commitment of time from both.
