Chicago Transportation

There are many ways to get around the city, including via public transportation, paid transportation or by walking. Click here to access the Chicago 2012 Transportation page. We've researched options for getting from Chicago's two airports to the conference, and for getting around the city once you're here. If you have time, you can check out our city's famous architecture and other sites during a walking tour of the downtown area.

Share Your Chicago Photos

The 2012 NSPRA Seminar will be hosted in Chicago in July 2012. Your Illinois Chapter is proud to welcome attendees from throughout the country to our beautiful city! To help visitors get acquainted with the many sights that Chicago offers, members are invited to participate in a photo project. The next time you travel to a hot spot that tourists may enjoy, take a picture and send it to Gail Kahover (Kahover.G@nb27.org). Member images will be added to a photo gallery hosted on Flickr.

Photo spots can include any numbers of destinations, such the lakefront, museums, restaurants, monuments, and more. Photos may include images of individuals; members submitting the photos are responsible for ensuring that any person visible in the photo has granted permission for use on the website. Members are encouraged to hold the designated sign during their photo, which reads, "This is MY kind of town!" The sign can be downloaded  as either a letter-sized or tabloid-sized document. The 2012 Communications Committee reserves the right to determine the photos that may be posted. We look forward to sharing your images with 2012 Seminar attendees!
